Some level of stress is ever present in our lives (which maybe a good thing) but how does it affect our performance as pilots? Darren Lewington is the co-founder of aircraft upcycling business, Aerotiques, but is also UK Chief Instructor at ATC College, Global ATS.  As an Air Traffic Controller at Gloucestershire Airport and PPL for over 30 years, he’s seen and heard first hand how daunting some pilots find using the radio.

He passionately believes that efficient, effective RT can make a Private Pilot’s life simpler and give you a much more enjoyable and safer flying experience. He’ll guide you through the basics of using the radio and getting the best from ATC services and insists it’s not as difficult as people might believe.   His presentation will give you the confidence to tackle talking and transits head on.

Join Fabian Kienzle from Garmin and Graham Mountford from LX Avionics for an insightful discussion on upgrading your aircraft to a modern glass cockpit. From certification and installation requirements to equipment choices and real-world costs, this presentation is designed to give both VFR and IFR pilots a clear and realistic overview of the process.
