When you register for a Show Pass or book an Experience online you do so under the terms and conditions set out below.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for any online ticket or Experience purchases under normal circumstances where the show is able to go ahead, so please make your booking selection carefully.
If circumstances arise where we are forced to postpone the show we will automatically transfer your tickets to the new dates, but if you prefer you can request a full refund. If the show is cancelled entirely we will issue refunds to all ticket purchasers. Depending on the payment method used we may need to contact you to process your refund.
Accompanied children under 16 years do not need to register for access to the event. Therefore visitor registration is restricted to only those who are 16 years or older.
All visitors will be required to present their ticket upon arrival. This can be printed or on-screen, we just need to be able to scan the included QR code and check that the name on the ticket matches our guest list. You may be required to prove your identity matches the name stated on the ticket. A driving licence, student ID, passport or credit/debit card are all acceptable proof of identity.
