Air-Britain Fly-In
New for 2024, Private Flyer Fest will be working with Air-Britain organisers to host the Air-Britain Fly-in as part of the show programme for this year.
Since 1948, Air-Britain has been bringing together enthusiasts, historians, aviation writers, pilots and photographers with a passion for aircraft and aviation.
Today it has grown into an international organisation with over 2,500 members and we’re pleased to announce that Air-Britain’s 44th annual fly-in will be held at the Wycombe Private Flyer Fest event. So look out for the new dedicated area of static display and be sure to explore the interesting range of aircraft on show this May.
2024 also sees the celebration of 95 years since the first flight of the DeHavillad Puss Moth and 90 years since the first flight of the Hornet Moth and Dragon Rapide. To mark this at Private Flyer Fest, Air-Britain will be launching the definitive book on Cabin Moths, authored by DH Moth Club founder Stuart McKay.
