New Live Lounge Added: Jon Hunt Crossing the Atlantic
Jon Hunt, also known as The Flying Reporter, is preparing for an incredible transatlantic adventure as he flies his Piper Arrow across the Atlantic in late May on a remarkable 12,000-mile round trip to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.
His planned route will take him through the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and the vast Canadian wilderness before reaching the USA, making this a truly unforgettable aviation journey.
Join Jon Hunt in the Live Lounge at 12:15 on Saturday 16 May 2026, where he will share the planning, preparation, route choices and key considerations behind this epic trip. Following the talk, there will also be a meet and greet opportunity for visitors.
Across both days, the Live Lounge will host a series of engaging, insightful and entertaining talks designed to inform, inspire and connect the aviation community.
